The house

I finally got around to taking some pictures and actually uploading them. It's as close to clean as it will ever be.

The outside of our house. It's a terrible picture, but I will post one after all the landscaping is done. I've been cutting the grass, weeding and digging up bushes like crazy, but it seems to never end. A big thank you to my dad who trimmed trees and dug up a monster of a bush in the backyard.

The kitchen. I have an LG french door fridge. I LOVE IT!!! If you need an appliance, go LG!

The dining room part of the kitchen with cubbies for the kids' toys. Notice the crazy bush out the window. That's the one we dug up. There is a gas cooktop. I've used it. Don't love it, but then again I hate to cook.

Picture of the kitchen from the dining room.

The living room. I originally thought I would paint, but all our stuff matched so why waste time and money?
This is the formal dining room that we turned into an office/play room.

Laundry room.
Master bedroom
Master bathroom - the jungle room.
I actually like the wall paper. It's quirky.
Cameron's room - this will eventually get decorated
The kid's bathroom. Yes, it's a toilet, but it's awesome. It has a regular seat and then a built in potty seat!!!
Jack's room
Extra bathroom
Storage room
Pictures of outside to come later.

Moving update

We have officially moved into our new house. I actually cried leaving my mom's house because it was so nice to have an extra set of hands to help with the boys. My anxiety was pretty bad through moving, but it's definitely getting better. Not having to keep the house "show ready" is a huge relief. I actually cooked on my new stove. Side note: new stoves do not make my food taste any better.

It only took a week to get poop on the carpet. Fabulous. Brian turned our extra bedroom into his man cave. Cameron turned the extra bedroom into a toilet. No stairs anymore, but the staying still holds true, "If your kids are quiet, something is very wrong." All seemed well when I walked in, and then Cameron moved. He had pulled his diaper to try to get it off. Lucky for me the poop only had one place to go...onto the carpet. At this point let me disgust you even further by being more specific...poop is the nice way of saying diarrhea.

I promise I'll get pictures up as soon as I can - not of the poop - even though that's an added bonus now.

Beware the Ides of March

Did you really think I would pass up the chance to put my kids in togas? Not a chance.
