Anything can be a pacifier

Cameron woke up the other morning with all three of the pacifiers in his crib missing. Yes, we send him to bed with three pacifiers. Usually he chucks a couple out as part of his wake up routine. I couldn't find a single pacifier for this child. High Alert. Code red. As I was searching though diaper bags, drawers and boxes, I look over at him playing with a puzzle book. A proud moment for me. Of all the toys he could be playing with my child is picking up farm animal puzzle pieces and trying to fit them in the appropriate places. AS IF! My son picks up the pig puzzle piece and bites down on the peg. TAH DAH! Instant pacifier.
