Notice any similarities in the following three pictures? Here's one: my child is sleeping hard. Here's another: my child is getting a sunburn. How is that possible??? It's because he associates the sunshine with sleeping. I'm not kidding. When he was in the womb, 9:30pm was his playtime, but I thought, "Surely this doesn't mean anything." Hahaha. Joke's on me. Brian relieved me of the night shift duty on Friday. I slept from 10:30pm until 4am, and it was amazing! I didn't hear Cameron all night so I figured Brian got off easy. I walked down the stairs at 4 only to find Brian sitting on the sofa with Cameron. "How was it?" I got the look of pure evil, and his response goes without saying. (At least it wasn't just me.)
As cute as this sleeping baby is, we've started him on this "Babywise plan." All it really means is that we're trying our hardest to keep this little guy awake during the day and make him understand that a dark room means close those little eyes. We'll see how it goes.
